To use the Support Center's full functionality, you'll need to sign in using your Centerspace credentials.  Please follow the steps below to sign in.


Step 1 - Click the SIGN IN link in the top right corner of the screen, shown in the screenshot below.




Step 2 - Enter your email address and click Next


Step 3 - If prompted, choose Work or school account.



Step 4 - Enter your password and click Sign in.


Note - If prompted for More information required, follow the link here.  After finishing the instructions in that article, please continue with Step 5 below.



Step 5 - If prompted to Stay signed in, you can check the box Don't show this again and click Yes


You should now be signed in to the portal where you'll see all of the options available to our Centerspace teammates, such as Tickets, Service Catalog, and creating a New Ticket.
