We recognize that great talent knows great talent, and we want to ensure our team members are recognized and rewarded competitively for referring future team members to Centerspace.  


Program Details:

  • Team Member Referral Bonus is $750, with $375payable at one month and $375 payable at 6 months, and team member is responsible for applicable taxes.
  • The Referral Bonus will be paid out to the referring team member once the referred team member has been employed with Centerspace for the required length of time. 
  • The referring team member must be actively employed at the time of payout in order to receive the referral bonus.  If the referring team member is on Leave of Absence at time of payout, the referral bonus will be issued upon the team member’s return to active employment status. 
  • All candidates must apply through the online portal and list the team member that has referred them to the role on the application. 
  • Team leaders are eligible to receive the bonus when referring team members to properties and/or departments other than their own. 
  • Centerspace team members at Director level or above are not eligible for the referral bonus.  


Centerspace reserves the right to adjust this program when filling challenging positions or in particularly competitive markets.
