1. Click on the desired Community
2. Then on your left sidebar menu set, you can click Settings and then Staff
3. You will then click Vacant Access, which will then bring you into the space to manage your site users.
4. Here you can Add User by typing in a user's name and Grant Access.
5. Additionally, you are able to update expired users by clicking on their names and Create New Code.
6. If you have a user who should no longer have Vacant Code Access at your community, you will click on their name and Remove User
