CRM IQ - Inviting a Guest to RentCafé


This QRG will cover how to invite any guest to RentCafé.


1. Go to the guest card and go to "Profile". On this page, go to the "email" box and either enter a new email or confirm the email information entered is accurate. Once everything is accurate or updated, select "Save".


2. Once the email has been updated, go to the "Overview", and under the "Customer Information" section, you'll find the "RentCafé Status". Select "Invite to RentCafé" to send the invitation. You can also select this button to resend the invitation to the guest if needed.
