QRG - CRM IQ - Cancel Unit Transfer

This QRG will show you how to cancel a unit transfer that has been rescinded by the resident.

Cancel Current Resident Notice

1. Go the current resident profile and under the "General" drop down, select "Manage". Using the blue "Manage" drop down, select "Cancel Notice".

2. Using the flyout, review cancel notice information -- if everything is accurate, select "Cancel Notice". If completed correctly, a "Cancel Notice" confirmation line item will appear in the manage tab. 

Cancel Future Resident Account

1. Go to the future resident account and using the select "Manage" under the "General" drop down in the lefthand column.

2. Using the blue "Manage" drop down, select "Cancel Move In". Select the reason for the cancelation and then select "Cancel Move In". This will complete the process for cancelling a transfer.
