QRG - CRM IQ- Linking Rentable Item to Monthly Recurring Charge

There are instances in which a resident is being billed a monthly recurring charge for a rentable item (parking, storage, etc.) without the charge being linked to the rentable item and that needs to be corrected. Follow the scenarios below to learn how to accurately link rentable items.

  • No rentable item is listed but a monthly recurring charge is entered

    • Follow Steps 3 through 7

  • Rentable item is listed at $0 with a separate monthly recurring charge entered

    • Follow Steps 1 through 7

1. The first step to correcting an unlinked rentable item is by navigating to the CRM IQ Profile and clicking on General > Rentable Items. Click “Picture 1, Picture” > Release Now to remove the rentable item from the resident account.
