QRG – CRM IQ - Activities Flyout from Profile
This QRG covers how to access and navigate the Activities Flyout in CRM IQ from the profile.
Resident Profile View
1. While in the Guest Profile, on the right-hand side you will find a green Activities button.
2. Within the Activities window you can see all activities. In the default view you will see a timeline of guest activities.
3. Under Historical, you can see all previous activity.
4. Under Future, you can see all future activities.
5. From the Activities, at the top you may also Add New Activity. From here you may add Comments, create a Follow-up, add an Appointment, update Activity, or create a Memo. Once you’ve added new activity, be sure to press Save in the bottom right corner.
