QRG - CRM IQ - Appointment Scheduling
This QRG will cover how to schedule an appointment from the Agent Dashboard.
1. From the Agent Dashboard you can navigate to the calendar by either selecting the calendar icon in the top middle of the page, or from the Add Now calendar section.
2. After navigating there, you’ll select the Appointment Type under Event Details.
3.You will then select the Attendees, Customer, and assign yourself under Agent.
4. Lastly, you’ll need to enter the appointment Date and Time and select Save at the bottom right corner.
5. Once completed, you will see the appointment in your calendar preview.
