QRG – CRM IQ – Creating a Guest Record from a Phone Lead 


When a phone lead comes in, it will need to be converted from a lead into a prospect. This QRG will walk through how to complete this process. 


1.From the Agent Dashboard view, you should see a new phone lead. Under Next Step select Convert.

2. You’ll then be redirected to an expanded view of the lead. From here select Create Prospect at the bottom of the screen.  

 


3. Complete the prospect details and assign an Agent. Then press Save in the bottom right corner.  

 4. Following that you’ll be redirected to a prospect profile screen and you’ll see a confirmation message of Prospect Created in the top right corner of the screen.  

 


5. From within the Profile you can make your way to the Notes section to add any additional prospect information. Once complete press Save & Continue in the bottom right corner.
