QRG - CRM IQ - Post Tour Must Do's - Record Show, Send Invite to RentCafé, Send Custom Quote
Recording a show event from the guest's appointment:
1. From the Appointment activity, you will want to select Create Show.
2. You will then enter the Unit, or multiple Units, that were shown. The Show Type will default to Guided Tour. You may add notes into the Description box and select Save in the bottom right corner.
Do not check the "Do not invite to RC?" box unless the prospect has specifically told you they are not interested after the tour. When left un-checked, this will automatically send an email to invite the prospect to RentCafé.
Sending a custom quote to a guest/prospect:
1. From the guest profile, select the dropdown in the top right corner. You will then choose Generate Quote.
2. Within Generate Quote you will first need to select a Unit.
3. Under Rental Terms select the Quoted Move In Date and Quoted Lease Term (in months). You will also need to review Add Ons and select all applicable charges.
4. Scrolling down, review all information under Quote For, Property Information, Unit Information, Move In Charges, and Monthly Charges.
5. After reviewing all information within the quote, you may either Email Quote directly from the screen or Download Quote.
6. When selecting Email Quote you will then be brought to an email window with the custom quote already attached. From here you may complete the email Subject line, Apply Email Template, review the email, and select Send in the bottom right corner.
