QRG – CRM IQ – Property Calendar Blackouts
You have the ability to set up a one-time calendar blackout as well as recurring calendar blackouts.
Property Calendar Blackouts
1. From the home page view, select the calendar icon.
2. Once in the calendar select Add New.
3. Under Event Type select Property Blackout.
4. Select the date, start and end time, and a reason for the property blackout. Once those fields are completed, press Save in the bottom right corner.
Recurring Property Calendar Blackouts
1. Follow steps 1 through 3 on property blackouts above. Now under the Time section, toggle the Recurring button on.
2. Enter a Start Date, Occurrences (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), Start Time, End Time, Duration, End Date, and Note the reason for the recurring blackout.
3. Press Save in the bottom right corner.
Agent Blackouts
Follow the same steps 1 through 3 on property blackouts above to get to add new event.
1. Under event type choose ‘agent event’
2. Select agent and hit ok
3. Add agent details and save
Recurring agent blackout
Follow same steps as above but be sure to toggle on recurring
1. Enter recurring information and save
