QRG – CRM IQ - Removing Invalid Leads from Unreviewed Queue
Some leads will come in and be considered invalid. Vendor calls, wrong numbers, and email spam are a few examples. This QRG reviews how to manage invalid leads and remove them from the unreviewed queue.
1. To remove these leads from your agent dashboard, select the Trash Icon to the right of the lead.
2. You will then need to select a reason from the dropdown menu.
3. After making your selection from the menu, press Save.
Reviving Invalid Leads
Should you accidentally dismiss a valid lead, you can find them in the Incoming Traffic Report within the Reports dropdown menu.
2. From the report, you can then select the dismissed leads by contact type by drilling into the blue numbers under Calls Dismissed, Emails Dismissed, Texts Dismissed, or Chats Dismissed.
