Resident emails may be updated by an agent or by the resident themselves.
Agent Initiated Resident Email Change
An agent can change the resident email through their resident portal. The resident will receive an email to reset their password using their new email address.
1. Make your way to the resident profile and from the main screen, select General from the left side menu.
2. Once you’ve selected General you will select Profile.
3. Under Contact you may update the email address and press Save in the bottom right corner.
4. After saving you will see confirmation of your changes appear in the top right corner of the screen.
Resident Initiated Resident Email Change
A resident can change their email through their resident portal. The next time the resident logs in to the resident portal, they will use the new email address.
1. A resident will begin by logging into the resident portal. From here, they will select Go to Settings under Manage My Account on the right side of the dashboard.
2. Under My Profile select Edit.
3. From here the resident may now update their email address and select Save.
