QRG – CRM IQ – Sending Mass Communication to Prospects and Residents
From the Communications menu, you may send mass emails to residents or prospects and make various filtering choices for your desired audience.
1. From the CRM IQ home page, you will select Campaigns from the top navigation ribbon.
2. You will now select Create Campaign in the top right corner.
3. Next, select your camping type. Select either Email, Text, or Voice. Then select Next in the bottom right corner.
5. You will now be able to update the campaign. You will need to enter a Subject Line, you may Preview Email, or Save Draft. Select Next to continue.
6. Next, you will either have the option to select an existing audience to use or create a new audience. If you are going to use an existing audience, select the audience you'd like to use from the preexisting options below and select Next. To see how to schedule and send the campaign, follow the next steps starting on Step 11.
If you'd like to create and use a new audience, follow the instructions starting on Step 7.
7. To create a new audience you will first need to select the Use New Audience tab. You will then want to select your Recipient Type (Resident or Prospect), Registration Status (All, Registered, or Not Registered) and if you’ve selected Resident – Resident Status (Current, Future, Notice, and/or Evict). If you selected Prospect, you would just need to complete the Recipient Type, and Registration Status sections.
Note: A - if you would like to save this audience for future use, you may do so by selecting Save as New Audience.
8. You may also choose to filter the audience down to specific recipient matches by selecting + Add Criteria.
10. You may also select specific recipients or add additional criteria. Once you’ve gathered your audience group, select Continue in the bottom right corner.
