CRM IQ - Generating the Household Member Addition and Release Agreement
This QRG will review how to correctly generate the household member addition agreement and send it to current residents to sign.
Household Member Addition Agreement
According to the Application and Screening SOP all residents must complete screening prior to executing a lease and moving in. When a resident expresses interest in adding a household member, first the online document must be completed prior to the application and screening process.
1. Navigate to the resident record in CRM IQ and go to the "Documents" tab in the left hand column.
2. Go the the "Add Documents" drop down and select "RentCafé E-Sign from Library".
3. Generate the Household Member Addition Agreement by selecting the green "Select" button.
4. Take a moment to confirm that all parties listed below are required to sign the document. This should include all current residents only and the manager. If everything looks correct, select "Save & Continue" in the lower righthand corner.
5. Review the document to confirm all information is accurate before sending it to the residents for them to sign.
6. Once the document has been sent, it will populate under the "Documents" tab under "Signature Documents". It will also note how many signatures still need to be completed before it is completed.
7. Once the residents have signed the form and the manager has countersigned the document, you must enter the new roommate into CRM so they can be invited to the online application and screened.
Household Member Release Agreement
1. Navigate to the resident record in CRM IQ and go to the "Documents" tab in the lefthand column.
2. Go the the "Add Documents" dropdown and select "RentCafé E-Sign from Library".
3. Generate the Household Member Release Agreement by selecting the green "Select" button.
4. Take a moment to confirm that all parties listed below are required to sign the document. This should include all current residents only and the manager. If everything looks correct, select "Save & Continue" in the lower righthand corner.
5. Review the document to confirm all information is accurate before sending it to the residents for them to sign.
