QRG - CRM IQ - Move-Out Procedures - Post a Notice, Early Termination, or Skips & Canceling a Notice to Vacate 


Posting a notice, early termination, or skip changes a resident’s status from Current to Notice and updates the appropriate resident and resident history records. 


How to complete the process:


1. Locate and open the record for the resident whose notice, early termination, or skip you want to post in CRM IQ. 


From the resident’s profile, select General > Manage > Manage > Notice. Choose Termination type and Reason for Move Out.

2. Complete the screen and click Save.

Cancelling a resident's notice  

 

You should cancel the residents’ notice if you need to perform one of the following procedures:  

  • Renew the resident’s lease.
  • Adjust the resident’s lease-expiration date.
  • Convert the resident’s lease to month-to-month.


Canceling a notice, early termination, or a skip changes a resident’s status from Notice to Current and updates the appropriate resident and resident history records.  


1. Open the record for the resident whose notice, early termination or skip you want to cancel.   


Select General > Manage > Manage > Cancel Notice.

2. Enter Agent Name and select, Click Cancel Notice
