QRG – CRM IQ - Adjusting and Posting a Move-Out
There are instances in which move-out dates may need to be adjusted for a current residents on notice.
Adjusting Move-Out Date for Current Resident on Notice
1. The first step to adjusting the move-out date for a current resident on notice is to update the Adjust Move Out Dates details by navigating to General > Manage > Adjust Move Out Dates in the CRM IQ Profile.
2. Review and enter the Notice Date, Move Out Date, Agent, and Reason for Move Out in the Adjust Move Out Dates details section. Once details are entered, click Adjust.
3. After clicking Adjust, the move-out date has now been adjusted in the resident record.
Once a resident surrenders keys, the CRM move-out function needs to be completed.

1. The first step to posting a move out is completing the move out function workflow. To begin the workflow, navigate to the CRM IQ Profile and click on General > Manage > Manage > Move Out.
2. Once Move Out has been clicked, CRM IQ loads the Move Out details section. Review the Notice Date for accuracy, and click Save once confirmed.
3. After clicking Move Out, the move-out function workflow has been fully completed, and the resident status will now display as Past.
