QRG - CRM IQ – Renewal Dashboard Overview
This QRG is an overview of the functions of the renewal dashboard.
The Renewal Dashboard is designed to give access and insight into the full renewal process.
Each widget on the dashboard provides information critical to managing this portion of our business. From leasing coming up for expiration, to proposal statuses and document management, to scheduled renewals achieved. Each segment of the dashboard is drillable and provides insight into the applicable area. Review the following for an introduction to the Renewals Dashboard:

The Renewals Dashboard has two tabs - the Manage Customers tab and the Manage Proposals tab.
1. Manage Customers - this tab is where tasks related to residents such as generating the Renewal/MTM leases, pending lease signatures, move-out tasks, etc.
2. Manage Proposals - this tab is where tasks related to renewal proposals will be managed including creating and tracking proposals, selecting proposals, etc.
Widget Breakdown: Manage Customers
Each widget allows you to drill into the information provided within the category.
1. Renewals Tasks - will track what leases need to be generated, countersigned, or regenerated.
2. Pending Proposal Selection - will track what proposals are pending and sort the expirations by how many days they are away from expiring
3. Pending Lease Signature - will track what leases are pending signature and which are expired
4. Move-out Tasks - will track if notice needs approval or if resident needs to submit their forwarding addresses
Widget Breakdown: Manage Proposals
Each widget allows you to drill into the information provided within the category.
1. Expiring Leases - will track what leases are expiring or have expired in the next 180 days
2. Proposals by Status - will track where proposals are at in the proposal and renewal process
3. Proposals by Expiration - will track what proposals are expired or are going to be expiring in the next 31 days
