QRG - CRM IQ - Pulling an Aged Receivables (AR) and Delinquency Summary Report
There are two reports in CRM to accomplish a review of AR.
- Aged Receivables
- Delinquency Summary
To locate these reports from the CRM IQ dashboard, navigate to Reports > Property or Resident and select the appropriate report from the menu options (indicated here in step 2 or 3)
*Please note the heading of CRM IQ has been updated to reflect these new dropdown options. The remaining images in this tutorial do not reflect the new dropdown options, however functionality remains the same.
Report 1 – Aged Receivables report:
Within the filter potions for the report:
- Select the property name(s)
- In the To Month/Year field, select the current post month
- In The Summary Type field, select Resident from the drop down
- Provides drill down capabilities into the Balance (unpaid charges seen below in the second screenshot)
- This includes every resident status from Applicant to Past – anything and everything open on AR will be included here
- Select Display to view the report within CRM IQ, or select an export option from the menu
Report Setup:
By Resident View: (click hyperlink to see unpaid charge details for each resident)
Drill in view to individual account detail – Unpaid Charges
By Property View:
Select the desired property(s) from the property menu
- Indicate the post month (use the current post month)
- Select Property for the Summary Type from the drop down
- Provides a summary by property
- This includes every resident status from Applicant to Past – anything and everything open on AR will be included here
Report 2 – Delinquency summary
Filter options include
- By Property or By Resident
- By specific resident
- By Charge Code
- By Status – Current, Future, Past, Eviction, On Notice, Vacant, Applicant, Canceled, Waitlist, Denied
- Available Drill down into the Resident Code (tcode) to access the resident account > unpaid charges
