QRG – CRM IQ – Units & Pricing Dashboard
The Units & Pricing Dashboard displays the occupancy statistics and available units for the selected property.
1. Property: Select the property dashboard to view.
2. Availability: Percentage and number of units currently available.
3. Leased: Percentage and number of units that are leased (current, future, or approved).
4. Occupancy: Percentage and number of units currently occupied.
5. Trend: Percentage of trending occupancy with available units.
6. Search: Narrow the results by searching for a specific unit
7. Customize the results:
a. Filter: Select the filter icon to narrow the results based on the Unit Status.
b. Table Settings: Export the results to PDF or Excel and adjust settings and columns specifically for your view of the dashboard.
8. The bottom half of the screen displays details for the areas selected: Availability, Leased, or Occupancy. Sort the columns by using the arrows next to the column header.
9.Pricing Options: View pricing details for all lease terms.
10.Amenities: View amenities associated with that specific unit.
11.Specials: View specials for that unit, if applicable.
