QRG – CRM IQ – Documents Dashboard
The Documents Dashboard manages all documents that are completed by applicants and residents.
You can navigate to this dashboard by selecting the dropdown*:
*Please note the heading of CRM IQ has been updated to reflect these new dropdown options. The remaining images in this tutorial do not reflect the new dropdown options, however functionality remains the same.
1. Property: Select the property dashboard to view.
2. All Documents: Overview of all documents, broken down by Prospect or Resident.
3. Document Status: View documents based on their status and action necessary.
4. Document Types: View documents based on the category or timeframe.
5. Search: Narrow the results by searching for a specific prospect, applicant, or resident.
6. Table Settings: Export the results to PDF or Excel and adjust settings and columns specifically for your view of the dashboard.
7. The bottom half of the screen displays details for the document selected on top (numbers 2, 3, or 4) including the document type, status, document name, pending signature, and the next step. Sort the columns by using the arrows next to the column header.
a. TIP: click the eye icon for a Quick View of a resident summary and their activity.
8. Next Steps: Take action right from the Document Dashboard to manage lease, view document, or countersign.
a. Regenerate the document if changes were made to the account since it was generated.
b. Manually Sign icon is visible, however access is denied as documents must be electronically signed. If there are any exceptions, please submit a Yardi Support service request for assistance.
c. Resend the document via email to the prospect or resident.
