QRG – CRM IQ – Entering Memos
Memos are used to document activities to the resident profile. Review Memo Types and when to use them below:
1. On the resident profile, select the Activities pop-out on the right side of the screen.
2. Click Add New Activity.
3. Select Memo. Enter the details: Type, Agent, and Description. Check the optional Show on Calendar if needed. Once all details are entered, click Save.
4. The memo is now saved on the Activities Timeline.
