QRG – CRM IQ – No Lease/No Lease on Portal Exceptions
As a part of the Month End Checklist, there are No Lease and No Lease on Portal exception reports for missing data, which need to be corrected. Once updated in CRM IQ, the next exception reporting for the next month will no longer display the exception.
No Lease
Review/update attachments to ensure the valid lease is identified with the attachment type of either Lease Document or Portal Lease Documents
No Lease on Portal
Navigate to the resident profile attachments and toggle the option to display the document on the online resident portal
1. Navigate to the resident profile > Documents > Attachments and find the document that is the current lease. Click on the edit icon.
2. Update the type by selecting Lease Document from the dropdown. Check the box to display the document on the portal.
3. Confirm the type and portal are displayed correctly.
