MEETING INVITES USING YOUR OUTLOOK CALENDAR

Trying to set up a meeting with multiple people or even just one person and wondering how to do that?
I’m going to take you through, step by step on how to successfully do this, whether you are using the Outlook App or doing it in the Outlook Web App (OWA).

After creating group(s) and adding team members, expand the Group(s) you want to invite from and check the boxe(s).

This will add them side by side with your calendar. You can select users from different groups. Inviting 3 or less will orient them horizontally, like this.

Inviting 4 or more will orient them vertically.

You can also create the meeting shell and then add the other attendees if you prefer. The only thing left before sending out the invite, is to determine recurrence and draft the actual message.
 Good Luck!!!
