QRG - CRM IQ - Archiving/Removing New Conversations
This QRG covers how to Archive/remove a conversation from the New Conversations bucket that does not require a reply from a Team Member.
1. Sometimes, you may encounter new conversations that do not require a reply. To remove these conversations, go to the New Conversations bucket under the Priority tab on the Agent Dashboard. From here, find the conversation that you'd like to archive.
2. Under the Next Step column will be the option to complete the pending next step as well as a button with a storage box in it - this is the Archive button.
Selecting that button will remove the conversation from the New Conversations bucket, but the conversation will not disappear from CRM IQ. The conversation thread will be logged in the customer's activity log and can always be found there.
