CRM IQ - Google Chrome Browser Settings


  1. The preferred browser for all Yardi systems is Google Chrome. Please ensure that you are accessing all Yardi systems in a Google Chrome browser.

 

  1. Before logging into the YardiOne Dashboard, please clear your Google Chrome browser’s all time cache and cookies. 

 

  1. In Google Chrome, allow all pop-ups and push notifications (allow all cookies) by going to the ellipsis in the upper right corner of the browser. Select Settings.

 

Go to Privacy and security. Select Site settings.

  1.  Scroll down to select Pop-ups and redirects.

  1. Fill the circle for Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects. Select Add for Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects.

  2. Add the following two URLs to the Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects list.
