CRM IQ Profile Settings
- In CRM IQ, go to the upper right corner and click on your initials. Select My Profile.
NOTE: You can also view the role & database that you are logged in to here as well.
- Select your Default Property. Toggle ON the In-App Notifications. Select Phone. Do not enter a phone number. Select which property or properties you for which you would like to receive notifications. Do not click save, yet. Scroll down.
- Copy your Centerspace Outlook Email Signature and paste into the box to create My Signature. Toggle on to use in new and reply emails. NOTE: When using an email template, please delete your personal signature as the template incorporates one for you.
Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions for the eSignature, you can select the Method, custom or script, that will be used to countersign documents.
Click Save when complete. NOTE: If these settings don’t save initially, it may be necessary to repeat these steps two to three times for the system to save.
