This QRG walks through how to generate the household member change forms and early lease termination forms using custom tables in CRM IQ.
1. From the resident overview, navigate to the resident profile.
2. On the resident profile, select the Custom Tables tab.
3. Under Custom Tables, you'll see three different tabs -
A. Household Member Addition
B. Household Member Release
C. Early Termination
Each process is broken down below to follow along.
Household Member Addition
1. Go to the Household Member Addition tab. Then, add in the name and information for the potential new household member. There is space for one household member addition and one additional occupant.
2. Once all information has been added, select Save.
3. From here, you will go to the documents tab to generate and send the form.
4. Select the Add Documents drop down and choose Custom E-Sign from Library.
5. From the documents list, select Household Member Addition Agreement to proceed.
6. Confirm all signers are listed for the form and select Save & Next.
7. Review the form to confirm all details are accurate. You'll notice that all information put into the Custom Tables has pulled into the form. If all details look correct, select Send.
Household Member Release
1. Go to the Household Member Release tab. Then, add in the name and information for the departing household member. There is space for one household member release and one additional occupant.
2. Once all information has been added, select Save.
3. From here, you will go to the documents tab to generate and send the form.
4. Select the Add Documents drop down and choose Custom E-Sign from Library.
5. From the documents list, select Household Member Release Agreement to proceed.
6. Confirm all signers are listed for the form and select Save & Next.
7. Review the form to confirm all details are accurate. You'll notice that all information put into the Custom Tables has pulled into the form. If all details look correct, select Send.
Early Lease Termination
1. Go to the Early Termination tab. Then, add in the information regarding the early lease termination. Each blank will need to be filled in on this tab.
2. Once all information has been added, select Save.
3. From here, you will go to the documents tab to generate and send the form.
4. Select the Add Documents drop down and choose Custom E-Sign from Library.
5. From the documents list, select Early Lease Termination Agreement to proceed.
6. Confirm all signers are listed for the form and select Save & Next.
7. Review the form to confirm all details are accurate. You'll notice that all information put into the Custom Tables has pulled into the form. If all details look correct, select Send.
