The Team Member Handbook provides you with the guidelines and general principles by which Centerspace operates. In the Handbook, you will find basic policies and benefit programs as well as general expectations for our team members. The Handbook refers to our Policy Manual in many places for further detail about specific policies and procedures.

  • Support Center: Search for any keyword on the Self-Help Center or browse individual Knowledge Base Articles under Talent & Culture > Team Member Handbook.  Individual articles will link to relevant policies in the Policy Manual.
