Centerspace is committed to protecting the identities of its team members, residents, and investors.  Any paper documents that contain private or confidential information, such as: resident social security, driver’s license or military identification information, investor accounts, social security numbers, addresses, etc., must be filed in a secured and locked location.  Any electronic data that contain private or confidential information must be secured with a password.  


Any private or confidential information that needs to be disposed of must be personally shredded or placed in bins that are designated to be shredded by a third party, certified non-reader, or other secure contract of service.


Each team member will be held responsible for protecting the confidential information they handle.  Each department will follow established procedures, which may vary by location, for the business usage, storage, and disposal of personal information to protect our team members, residents, and investors.
