Centerspace maintains electronic personnel files for each team member. Personnel files are the property of Centerspace, and access to information they contain is restricted. Generally, only managers and management personnel of Centerspace who have a legitimate business need to review information in a file are permitted to do so. Centerspace will follow these guidelines, and except for certain circumstances, will not release personnel information to outside sources. Examples of such circumstances include employment verification and compliance with legal processes.
Team members who wish to review their own file should contact the Talent & Culture department. With reasonable advance notice, team members may review their own personnel file in the presence of an individual appointed by Centerspace to maintain the files or be provided with copies of certain documents as approved by the Talent & Culture department.
