Centerspace recognizes the value of parental involvement in their children’s education and expects team members and managers will work together to schedule time off for school functions, through the use of PTO or other paid leave or flexible scheduling. Centerspace complies with all applicable state laws regarding time off for parental leave for school visits, and questions can be directed to the Talent & Culture team.
