Centerspace recognizes that mobile phones are an integral part of daily life for most team members and has guidelines in place for the use of personal and company-owned mobile phones in the Mobile Phone Policy. While incidental use of personal mobile phones is acceptable, Centerspace will not tolerate excessive or disruptive use of mobile phones in the workplace. Use of company-owned mobile phones is limited to business purposes. Use of mobile phones while operating a vehicle should comply with all state and local laws relating to talking and texting while driving.
